* All coaches must fill out volunteer form and be approved by the league board

* Email is our primary source of contact, please keep a check on your email for updates throughout our season

* Payments are not posted here on our site, we use an outside merchant (Wave) for our registration payments. Invoices will be sent via email

* Early registration payments must be made by early registration ending

* Fall closing will be Nov 16th at Idle Hour Complex at 10AM
